Excellent staff - prompt & responsive & courteous !!! Excellent location !!!Hotel was 15 minutes walk from Frankfurt Main Railway station , so travelling outside Frankfurt was easily available !!! Metro station was just 10 minutes walk from hotel !!! Historical part of Frankfurt was just 2 metro stops away !!! Best shopping centre ZEIL was 1 metro station away !!! Near the Railway station , there were so many pubs and restaurants and supermarkets and grocery shops etc !!! Hotel has an excellent pub and goods breakfast options and dining options !!!! Room size was very good too !!

Check in/out was easy. Front desk provided great customer service. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable The room and bathroom was large enough for the two of us and our little dog. Breakfast was great, with a lot of food options. Walking distance to the mall (20 min) and a 7-10 min walk to the park for our dog. Enclosed parking at the hotel. Bar/Restaurant - great service

Located in the financial district of Frankfurt/M., it was quiet and convenient to Downtown by walking through two parks and past the Old Opera House. The staff members who took care of me and my room were wonderful. So eager to answer questions and supply just what I needed. The breakfast was wonderful and meals were available for vegans and so tasty. Thank you.
